Solidworks 1

Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to SolidWorks, a powerful 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software widely used in engineering, manufacturing, and product design. Students will develop foundational skills in 3D modeling, parametric design, and technical drawing.

Key topics include:

  • Sketch creation and constraints
  • Part modeling and feature operations
  • Assembly design and component relationships
  • Generating technical drawings for manufacturing
  • Practical applications and design best practices

Through hands-on projects and guided exercises, students will gain proficiency in creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle real-world design challenges and prepare for advanced SolidWorks certifications.
