Mr. Trout graduated from Jackson High School and the Jackson Area Career Center in 2007, and received a Culinary Arts degree with honors from Jackson College in 2016. Mr. Trout has more than 17 years' experience in the hospitality industry, including family restaurants, corporate catering, and fine dining.
Mr. Davan Gerding
Mr. Gerding graduated from Lumen Christi and the JACC Culinary program in 1998. Mr. Gerding has more than three decades of experience in the industry, including owning his own restaurant and co-founding CCC Catering in Jackson, Michigan. Mr. Gerding has also been a part of the Culinary Advisory Board for more than twenty years.
