Mrs. Laughlin brings nearly 15 years of experience teaching in special education. She has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University in Special Education and a master’s from Eastern Michigan University. Mrs. Laughlin has endorsements in cognitive impairment (CI), emotionally impaired (EI) and learning disabilities (LD).

Mrs. Kathryn Gillett

Mrs. Gillett has over 14 years experience in Employment Services. She has experience as an Employment Training Specialist for young adults with special needs with a focus on job development, training, and case management services.  Mrs. Gillett is also experienced in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition management. She has an Associate's Degree from Jackson Community College and has completed the Employment Training Specialist Series Program at Michigan State University.
